1. Fresh Graduate Development Program (code: FGDP)

FGDP is a program design to develop professionals as the future leader of PT. Mitrabara Adiperdana, Tbk. The program is offers an excellent opportunity to engage with leaders and mining expert within our extensive group.

Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Geologist, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical & Environmental Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
  • Master degree (S-2) and fresh graduates is welcome to apply
  • Maximum 25 years old
  • Active in organization activities
  • Good in communication & leadership skill
  • Placement: Kalimantan Utara and another site of Mitrabara group


2. Senior Maintenance Planner (code: Planner)

Job Description:
  • Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
  • Prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals.
  • Constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
  • Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations.
  • Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.
  • Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce mean time between failures and minimize interference with production schedules.
  • Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.
  • Establish job goals for the maintenance workforce.
  • Provide immediate insights into potential labor shortages (or excesses).
  • Help with keeping an optimal stock of spare parts and materials.

Requirement
  • Candidate must posses Bachelor’s Degree, from Mechanical/Heavy Equipment Engineering
  • Expert using Ellipse system
  • GPA minimal 3.00 from reputable university
  • Having POP & BMC certificate is an advantages
  • Focus, detail, conscientious, target oriented and customer satisfaction
  • Senior Audit Specialist (code: Audit)
  • Willing to placement in remote area.


3. Senior Audit Specialist (code: Audit)

Job Description:
  • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk
  • Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements
  • Manage resources and audit assignments
  • Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls
  • Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice
  • Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan
  • Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks
  • Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes
  • Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees

Requirement:
  • Candidate must posses Bachelor’s Degree, especially from Mining/Industrial Engineering
  • At least 5 years working experience is required for this position
  • Having experience in Mining company is an advantage
  • Good analytical thinking, communication skill also time management
  • Focus, detail, conscientious and customer satisfaction
  • Willing to travel for business


4. Production Supervisor (code: Production SPV)

Job Description:
  • Oversee union personnel on rotating shifts while ensuring that the operation complies with authorized practices and procedures, and production requirements are accomplished in a safe and efficient manner
  • Implement an effective safety program conducting safety meetings as required, ensure effective new and refresher safety task training for assigned personnel
  • Monitor and inspect work areas to assure area is safe and in compliance with all company safety rules and regulations
  • Supervise all personnel assigned to them on shift, including assignment of duties, evaluation of performance, training, and recommendation for training

Requirement
  • Candidate must posses Bachelor’s Degree, especially from Mining/Civil/Geologist Engineering
  • At least 5 years working experience is required for this position
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, leadership skill also time management
  • Focus, detail, conscientious, target oriented and customer satisfaction
  • Willing to work in remote area with roster system.


5. Mine Engineer (code: ME)

Job Description:
  • Producing models or plans for possible mining sites
  • Overseeing major construction projects and ensuring that operations run smoothly
  • Planning and implementing extraction systems
  • Monitoring and evaluating underground performance
  • Managing budgets, analyzing data, costing and organizing supplies
  • Ensuring that operations comply with health and safety requirements

Requirement:
  • Candidate must posses Bachelor’s Degree, especially from Mining Engineering
  • At least 5 years working experience is required for this position
  • Able to use mining software especially Minescape
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill and time management
  • Focus, detail, conscientious, target oriented and customer satisfaction
  • Willing to work in remote area with roster system
