Collections Manager (Used Car /New Car)

Job Specification

• Proven experience as collection remedial supervisor/ coordinator/ area collection head in leasing and MultiFinance company at New Car/ Used Car / Car Refinancing Product More than 2 Years
• Working Experience in total more than > 5 Years
• Having an Active SPPI Certificate Issues by APPI in Collection
• Having Network with external Proff Coll and able to develop relations with local police office.
• Understanding on Soft Collection activities and how to build that i.e. (SMS reminder, Desk Collection, Warning Letters)
• Experience in Filed Collection activities from negotiation to full repayment ore car repossession process
• Language English (Written-Moderate)
