Learning & Development Supervisor

Job Description

• Responsible for the implementation & development of the Mandala learning program.
• Create & develop training programs, including the need for implementation to evaluation.
• Carry out TNA as needed, and create an appropriate development curriculum.
• Support in the Competency Matrix implementation process.

 

Job Specification

• Minimum education S1 all majors.
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience as Learning & Development or in the same field.
• Have knowledge and experience in implementing Training/Learning Development Programs.
• Understand the concept in employee development.
• Have coaching skills, and able to create an organized program.
• Familiar with MS. office.
• Able to work together in a team, have effective communication.
• Have knowledge and understanding of the Competency Matrix.
