We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

1. CIVIL DESIGNER (TEKLA & S3D)

• Department/Project : OFEC (CIVIL) / TEP ONSHORE (AS BUILT)
• Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
• Working Experiences : More than 8 years in similar position or similar field
• Working Status : 3 months contract (extendable refer to project needs)
• Work location : Jakarta

Job Description

• Perform 2D drafting tasks and 3D TEKLA modeling tasks assigned by Project Specialist Lead, Engineers and Designer Coordinator within schedule and with due respect to Quality requirements related with design, verification, testing or study activities.
• Prepare bill of materials and/or material take off based on data either from 2D drawings or extracted from 3D TEKLA model.

Job Specification

• Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D TEKLA modelling activities and specific knowledge of drafting drawing techniques
• Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations.
• General knowledge of the main typologies of offshore civil.
• Knowledge of tools to prepare bill of material and/or material take off.

 

2. COST CONTROLLER ENGINEER

• Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project
• Education : Bachelor’s degree
• Working Experiences : Min 5 years in similar position or similar field
• Working Status : Temporary / Contract
• Work Location : Papua

Job Description

• Cost control activities related to issuance to PAMF at Site
• Invoicing verification from subcontractors
• Supporting the existing team member for other Cost Control activities
• Ensure the Cost Control System works effectively, and cost status is soundly assessed and reported
• Monitor activity progress and the relevant earned value, as well as the value of work done against the invoices received, determining the monthly accruals (to have accounts in line with works progress)
• Support the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the cost impact analysis, and keep updated the cost/revenues forecast relevant to intercompany services
• Analyse committed costs and activities to-date, review the estimate to complete, isolating any deviation from baselines or adverse trend and warn the PM on time to take corrective actions in order to prevent overruns
• Maintain the risk management process organizing periodic meetings and verifying the risk owners’ feedback
• Issue the project and company reporting
• Support the Project Control Manager in the preparation of the Project close-out Report and the cost feed-back data to Project Control and Commercial Departments.

Job Specification

• Previous experience in cost control activities.
• Good skills in office applications (excel, SQL)
• Able to use SAP
• Cost Estimation. Capability to manage complete project cost estimation critically analysing different cost estimate solutions based on external input or elements arising from new contexts, supporting the risk evaluation with cost estimate elements.
• Cost and Work Breakdown Management. Knowledge of WBS \ CBS implementation process. Knowledge of cost control, planning and document control tool’s structure and management.
• Management of change. Knowledge of the overall project change management process, the functions involved, the procedures concerned, MOC tool for the onshore division, and the impacts on project economics.
• Project control processes. Knowledge of the project control scope, activities, tools, roles involved, documents, interfaces, and deliverables
• Project Control Systems. Knowledge of project control system tools and their integration logics. Knowledge of information management techniques. Capacity to interface with users to collect and address problems.

 

3. PIPING DESIGNER

• Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE (AS BUILT)
• Education : University Graduate from on Technical Major
• Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
• Working Status : 3 months contract (extendable refer to project needs)
• Work location : Jakarta

Job Description

• Using S3D System, to update 3D Model based on isometric redline marked up given by the Construction
• Extract and prepare as deliverables as-built product of Isometric and Piping General Arrangement Drawing
• Co-ordinate the work of his team with the Piping and Layout engineers of the project
• Check the input data and all the documents and information issued by his team
• Check permanently that all the assumptions upon which his teamwork is based keep up with the project development and warn the project Piping and Layout Lead of any detected anomaly
• Documents updating after comments issued by other disciplines (inter-discipline checks) or external stakeholders (Client, Yards, Third party review, etc.).

Job Specification

• Diploma or equivalent technical vocational degree in appropriate engineering subject
• Knowledge of tools related to 2D (AutoCAD Micro station Smart Sketch) and 3D modelling activities specifically S3D experienced users
• User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center IT tools supporting business processes such as electronic document system management, and office automation applications
• Capability to design and coordinate P&IDs for related systems. Full knowledge of Discipline workflow and of Discipline mechanization procedures and criteria. Full knowledge of Discipline P&IDs mechanization battery limits
• Knowledge of Piping/Electrical/Instrumental/structural basic terminology and rules
• Specific knowledge of drafting drawing techniques
• Communicate in a simple, clear and assertive way. Adapt own approach to different audiences to have a positive impact and to gain support for own plans
