Qualification

• Preferably having experience in mining industry and consulting company.
• Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting or similar relevant field.
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience.

 

2. Compensation Benefit Assistant Manager

Qualification

• Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
• Previous experience of job evaluation and labour market surveys
• Preferably having experience in mining industry and consulting company
• Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting or similar relevant field. Magister is a plus
• Min. 8 years work experience in related field

 

3. Biodiversity Superintendent

Qualification

• Tertiary Graduate with relevant qualifications in Environment or Earth Sciences.
• Minimum of 10 year’s professional experience related to biodiversity/environmental aspects of mineral or metal processing, or metal mining.
• Knowledge of biodiversity best practice.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permits pertaining to the Mining Industry.
• Knowledge and understanding of technical, operation, administrative principles and procedures related to Environmental Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of databases, and common office programs including MS Office, Internet.
• Have the ability to work independently.
• Willing to work in remote areas.

 

4. Corporate Finance Specialist Role

Qualification

• Strong financial analysis, financial due diligence and/or modelling skills.
• Excellent report writing, excel and power point skills.
• Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field (financial due diligence, corporate finance and/or restructuring focused roles at advisory firms, Big 4, banks/securities firms and/or corporates) is required for this position.

 

5. Corporate Planning & Budgeting Specialist Role

Qualification

• Able to work with tight deadline, dynamic working environment, and new challenges.
• High level critical thinking, analysis and reasoning.
• Hands on individual and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Qualification

• Minimum of 5 year’s professional experience related to Metal Mining, mineral processing and/or refinery industries in Environmental Department.
• Minimum 2 year’s professional experience as Superintendent or 4 years as Supervisor in the mining operations in Environment Department.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing travels and to work in remote areas.
