Job Description

• Devising and implementing employer branding strategies to optimize a company’s presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates.
• Screening, filtering, and interviewing candidates to assess qualifications and experience, as well as to determine job fit and cultural fit with the company.
• Managing and organizing new employee training according to business requirement standard.
• Identifies and implements innovative talent acquisition methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

Job Specification

• Min 2 years’ experience in field of Recruitment, Assessment, and Talent Management.
• Min bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering.
